As enthusiasts of all things science-y, we're big fans of Oxley Gin. It's distilled under vacuum - the distillate boils at -5 degrees Celsius, and re-condenses at -100 Celsius! That sounds like it shouldn't work, but the proof is in the pudding (or gin, in this case).
