The Anejo Tequila is aged for about 14 months with notes of wood, nuts, raisins and grapefruit. The palate is full of round stone fruits - pear and white cherry with notes of caramel, cream and bell pepper, the finish has a hint of padron pepper and walnut with a sweet and dry finish.
