Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges due to our error (incorrect or defective items) will be processed at no additional cost, subject to product evaluation.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. Exchanges can be completed on the same day the product is returned to our store, depending on the availability of the desired item.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, including processing and bank handling times.

Pickup and Delivery

We offer the option to pick up your order directly at our Mosta store. Pickup times may vary depending on product availability.

All orders are carefully prepared to ensure the quality and integrity of the products. In-store pickup and exchanges are handled during business hours for your convenience and safety.
