Crunchy Almond Croquants (180g)

A typical recipe from Provence: delicious little almond crunchies that can be enjoyed all year round. 

Located in Haute-Provence, in a former 19th century industrial building at the entrance to the town of Forcalquier, the Forcalquier biscuit factory makes all its preparations from artisanal farm flours from organic farming, naturally low in gluten.

The extra virgin olive oil used comes from the Bastidettes estate near Arles (Bouches-du-Rhone).
